Job Title: IFS Assyst Consultant

Duration: Contract

Job Description:

• Configure and implement IFS Assyst workflows based on the organization’s requirements.
• Perform routine system administration tasks, including managing user accounts, support group changes and workflow modifications and enhancements
• Implement custom integrations and reporting, including end user interviews and requirement gathering.
• Monitor overall system performance using system performance and diagnostic tools and dashboards. Submit bug/fix Incidents; submit instance clone/upgrade requests
• Facilitate roll out of new applications and modules in the IFS Assyst tool as appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the implementation, integration, and configuration of ITSM Platform solutions.
• 2-3-year experience working with IFS Assyst.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and the ITIL best practice framework.
• Experience in the management of all phases of the application lifecycle and best practices to include requirement gathering, design, development, testing (application code and user acceptance), and deployment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals and teams.
