Qualifications This position will be based out of our Queen Creek clinic and is a float position for all outpatient clinics in the agency. This position is responsible for covering pre-planned and unplanned absences in the department and will be assigned to different locations depending on staffing needs. Responsible for accurate typing, collection of all required demographic and insurance information, answering telephones and scheduling various types of appointments. This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position that includes tasks or duties that the employer in good faith believes could affect the safety, health or reputation of the Agency, participants, the employee performing the task or others. Qualifications Required
High School diploma or GED.
Education and/or experience equivalent to a minimum of three (3) years in customer service.
Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
Flexibility to work at multiple locations across the agency based on the needs to the department.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to maintain a positive and helpful attitude with customers, providers, and clinic operations.
Must have the ability to follow oral and written directions as they relate to the functions listed above.
Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective teamwork skills and the ability to meet deadlines and productivity standards.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Possess knowledge of telephone etiquette and experience handling multiple telephone lines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Must be detail oriented.
Proficient in use of computers, electronic health record and software programs.
Possess valid driver’s license, home/Cell phone and reliable transportation.
Ability to work accurately and with minimal supervision.
Must obtain and maintain a Fingerprint clearance card and pass a background check.
