As a Art Director, you will be instrumental in shaping a trusted health plan brand that resonates across all audiences, from members and providers to brokers, caregivers, and employees.
In your first few weeks in this Art Director role, you can expect to:

• Partner with the Creative Director to craft comprehensive creative strategies, define a clear vision, and oversee flawless execution across all channels
• Translate brand, customer experience, and marketing objectives into impactful creative strategies
• Develop brand style guides and ensure consistent, on-brand implementation across all deliverables
• Lead cross-functional teams to elevate creative output and ensure seamless execution through best practices
• Analyse market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform and differentiate creative approaches

To apply for this Art Director role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience together with 10 years of marketing creative experience, 6 years of art direction experience, 5 years of experience in digital marketing, and 2-3 years leading and mentoring creative teams
• A portfolio showcasing excellence in design, copywriting, photo and art direction, and strategic thinking
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry (a plus)
