The Organizational Change Management Lead will play a key role in ensuring all change initiatives associated with IT projects meet objectives by increasing adoption and usage. You will provide a leadership focus on change aspects, including people, business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organizational structural changes.
To give you an idea of how this Organizational Change Management role would look and feel, here are some things you could expect to do:

• Stakeholder analysis (a review of who needs what to make the changes and behavior desired)
• Identify all supporting structures (team and sponsors) and how you will leverage these in the process of reinforcing, communicating, or creating awareness around the Planful 2.0 upgrade
• Create a coms calendar, draft communications, and ensure they are reviewed by the team
• Provide leadership and implement change management processes and tools to support change adoption
• Lead change impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders

The ideal Organizational Change Management candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in communications, training, organizational change management, or information systems and extensive experience (at least 5 - 7 years) leading change, communication, and training efforts for multiple global, complex technology implementations. You will also require:

• Prior consulting experience delivering projects and navigating client-facing environments
• Design Thinking, Culture and Branding/Marketing experience preferred
• LaMarsh, Prosci, CCMP, or other Change Management Certification
• Experience with major transformational cultural change programs leading to new capabilities
• Ability to apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people-sided change caused by projects and change efforts
