Do you have Marketing experience, and are you seeking a new hybrid contract in Maplewood? Horizontal Talent is helping a collaborative company recruit a Project Specialist, and the hybrid role comes with an attractive pay rate.
In this Project Specialist role, you will work with the product marketing teams to ensure consistent marketing data as the company rebrands its packaging. This entry-level role is responsible for implementing the new brand on final packaging and labeling for the global business.
Some of your primary responsibilities as a Project Specialist will include:
  • Working with the business team to understand the products, naming conventions, and brand information
  • Reviewing initial packaging files and noting changes needed for the new brand standard in a timely manner to meet critical project timelines
  • Correcting any erroneous information and verifying changes have been implemented
  • Coordinating daily activities with the Division lead
  • Reporting on metrics
The ideal candidate for this Project Specialist role will have a background in a technical college or a bachelor’s degree. A GED plus experience would also be acceptable. Additional requirements include:
  • Proficient with Microsoft office tools
  • Communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of personality types and to help drive the project to a successful conclusion
  • Experience with packaging
  • Ability to work with metrics and operations
