- As a result of ISO, the online database needs to be updated with required ISO fields.
- Customers must also “regression” test their current wire transmissions.
- The candidate will be responsible for helping with the database as well as with the testing and validation of customer file transmissions
- They will be expected to walk clients through testing.
- They will not make the initial call but will make follow-up scheduling calls with them.
- The information will be given to them on an excel spreadsheet with all pertinent information.
- Coordination of customer testing
- Validation of customer files that are received
- MS Office
- Communication skills, willingness to perform multiple tasks
- Candidate should have payments background, Wires experience highly preferred.
- Job duties include working with customers, internal partners, and development teams.
- Incudes system and regression testing. Wires ISO exposure a plus.
