Job Responsibilities

1. To operate the Rapid Pak Machine safely and efficiently to get product out with little down time
2. Be aware of quality and safety issues
3. Daily set up and tear down of the Rapid Pak Machine
4. Change sanitizers each quarter
5. Maintain all productivity downtime records
6. Possess the mechanical ability to perform essential job functions
7. Responsible for maintaining a clean room environment

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to work with others
• Computer knowledge to perform the essential functions of the job
• Will be lockout/tag out trained
• Must be able to read, write and speak English

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work-related experience
• Must be able to obtain a Jennie-O Turkey Store hand jack license
