RETAIL FINANCE SPECIALIST - CORPORATE OFFICE (Austin, MN)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As part of the retail FP&A team, the incumbent plays an important role in managing below the line expenses while tracking and analyzing variance reporting for Marketing & Advertising as well as Retail S,G&A.

• Work with Directors/VPs and FP&A leadership to determine budget planning/reforecasts.
• Train and assist with creating Oracle projects/tasks and edits.
• Receive approved estimates for POs from Agencies and/or Requestors.
• Enter requisitions for POs in Oracle and route for approvals.
• Route contracts in DocuSign for all required signatures. 
• Track budgets and PO amounts in the master spreadsheet; maintain spreadsheet (formulas, requested edits, etc.)
• Upload costed or accounted transactions for third-party applications to update project costing each period.
• Ensure invoices were applied correctly to POs in Oracle; request corrections as needed.
• Enter approved Research PO numbers in HIVE projects for Insights team.
• Assist with invoice approvals, matching and troubleshooting in DataServ. 
• Research invoice payment status as requested from Agencies.
• Reconcile vendor POs for fiscal accruals
• Track prior fiscal year accruals in master spreadsheet.
• Work with Agencies on Firm/Flex documents for budget planning/cuts.
• Provide M&A budget recaps to Director/VP levels each period and/or as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Ability to adapt as business needs change.
