Job Responsibilities

• To operate the Rapid Pak Machine safely and efficiently to get product out with little down time
• Be aware of quality and safety issues
• Daily set up and tear down of the Rapid Pak Machine
• Change sanitizers each quarter
• Maintain all productivity downtime records
• Possess the mechanical ability to perform essential job functions
• Responsible for maintaining a clean room environment

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to work with others
• Computer knowledge to perform the essential functions of the job
• Will be lockout / tag out trained
• Must be able to read, write and speak English

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work-related experience
• Must be able to obtain a Jennie-O Turkey Store hand jack license
