Job Summary: Administers one or more corporate programs.
Job Duties: Develops and administers a program plan that aligns with organizational objectives. Defines program requirements, identifies interdependencies with internal or external departments or service providers, and coordinates to receive their input. Develops and disseminates communications regarding the program and answers questions. Tracks program progress, adoption, or performance and provides ongoing reports to leadership/program sponsors.
Experience and Education: Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter. Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 0 to 2 years of experience.
Reports to: Typically reports to a department head or manager.
