Job Summary :

Administers one or more corporate programs.

Job Duties :

Develops and disseminates communications regarding the program and answers questions. Tracks program progress, adoption, or performance and provides ongoing reports to leadership / program sponsors.

Experience and Education :

Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter. Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 0 to 2 years of experience.

Reports to :

Typically reports to a department head or manager.

Competencies :

Oral and written communication skills. Customer service skills. Research skills. Organizational skills. Detail oriented.

Project management skills.
