Job Description

· Accompany clients to doctor's appointments or running Errands

· Helping the clients plan a meal and preparing it for them or with them

· Performing light housekeeping or Laundry

· Medication reminders

· Incontinence Care and Toileting

· Recreational Activities

· Assist with ADL's such as Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Oral Care, Transfers, and Ambulation

· Assisting with pet car

· Companionship Care

Qualifications

· At least 1 year of Experience as a Caregiver in a Home Health, Assisted Living, or Hospital Setting

· 2 step PPD completed with in the last 6 months or a Chest X- Ray checking for Tuberculosis completed within the last 2 years

· Physical Examination(Current year)

· Valid Driver's License in good standings

· Reliable Vehicle

· 2 forms of ID such as a Passport or Pennsylvania ID Social Security Card

· High School Diploma or Equivalent/CHHA
