KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
- Maintain > 95% inventory accuracy on Service parts and 100% on Finished goods equipment. Monthly cycle count records
- Keeping updated and accurate records for 100% of non-sellable and used warehouse inventory .
- Reviews orders for correct part’s number and description to ensure that the correct product and/or part is picked . Identifies order discrepancies and corrects discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Veri fy and process customer orders to ship UPS, LTL for timely delivery .
- M aintains an inventory of cartons, tapes, crates, clamps, foam, and other packing material.
- Provides excellent customer service via telephone and in-person. Responds to phone calls/emails requesting parts information in a timely manner.
- Reviews and troubleshoots customer problems and initiates standard corrective action procedures.
- Notifies management when inventory of specific items is low or when orders will deplete available inventory. Ensures that an adequate stock of parts is available to meet customer needs.
- Maintain warehouse and stock area neat, organized, and clean.
- High school diploma or GED and three years of shipping and receiving experience is required.
- Ability to operate materials handling equipment including forklifts , pallet handler and hand trucks. Prior customer service experience is strongly desired.
- Knowledge of UPS, FedEx, and similar companies shipping
- Good computer and organizational skills
- Team player, willingness to help others as well as accepting help from others.
- Ability to carry out repetitive tasks quickly and methodically.
- Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
- Ability to read and understand written work instructions.
- Friendly, outgoing personality, and great communication skills
- Typically work is in a warehouse /office environment where the noise level is low to moderate
- Requires standing and/or sitting for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift boxes/materials weighing up to 5 1 lbs.
- Requires telephone work and/or computer work, as well as interactions with other employees and customers
- Ability to read, write, listen, and communicate effectively
