Hospice In His Care is Hiring a Hospice Account Executive Near Baton Rouge, LA
We are seeking an experienced Hospice Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in healthcare sales and account management. Established book of business in home health/hospice or other healthcare sales, in the Baton Rouge territory and surrounding areas, minimum of two years experience required.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and referral sources
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads from hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted livings, and physician clinics.
- Conduct informational visits with patients and families to explain hospice
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
