Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide end-of-life care and support to patients and their families in a hospice setting.

Duties:

- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient's condition and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families
- Ensure comfort and dignity for patients in their final days
- Educate patients and families on end-of-life care

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Critical care experience or
- Emergency room experience and
- Knowledge of Home community care
- Ability in Catheter care

Job Types: Part-time, PRN

Pay: $27.00 - $37.64 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
