RN Assessment Nurse

Come join our team, where time for compassionate care is at the heart of our nursing practice. Position is Part Time and will serve Hospice and Palliative Care by providing initial nursing assessment and admission (if indicated) on patient referrals to Hospice and Palliative Care.

Position includes mileage reimbursement, PTO , (Vacation) , Paid Holidays and so much more!

Requires a current WV RN license held in good standing and a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
