As a HospiceMD Account Manager, you will be part of a professional marketing team working with
customers using our leading-edge healthcare software. The selected candidate will be fully trained to
instruct and train health care professionals (MDs, RNs, LVNS, etc) on the use of HospiceMD products
and services.

Responsibilities:Proactive management of accounts for growth and retention.
Train clients on effective use of the HospiceMD Healthcare software.
Use good time-management to maintain personal contact via on-site visits.
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction with HospiceMD product support.
Professional demeanor and attire is required for customer interactions
Travel to assigned accounts in area.
Experience, Education And Required SkillsExcellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be highly self-motivated, with strong time-management skills
Experience With Software Services And Healthcare Industry Is PreferredAbility to be a fast learner of software technology is a plus
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, dynamic growth-oriented environment
Bachelor Degree preferred
