Hospital Sisters Health System is searching for a System Director of Formation. The person is responsible for the design, implementation, and assessment of all Ministry Formation Programming at HSHS. The director brings innovative ideas and tactical skills that will support the creation of new programs and the refinement of existing programs. Drawing on the tradition of Franciscan Formation at HSHS and best practices in adult learning, the System Director-Formation will champion the advancement of a cohesive and comprehensive formation journey for colleagues at all levels of the organization.

QualificationsEducation QualificationsMaster's degree in Theology, or related field is required. Bachelor's degree in Theology and five years of relevant experience in working in Catholic health care in ministry formation may be considered in lieu of a Master's degree. Experience Qualifications5 years of relevant work experience in ministry and formation is required. 2 years of experience working in ministry formation in Catholic healthcare is required. 3 years of leadership experience is required.
