We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Social Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the social services department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents.

Hospitality Healthcare LLC is a 99-bed skilled nursing and long-term care nursing facility located in a quiet neighborhood in Xenia, OH.

Duties:

· Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of teamwork and team concept

· Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and to accept constructive criticism when circumstances warrant such actions

· Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies / personnel, and the general public

· Must possess leadership ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel

· Must possess the ability to display patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level they are currently functioning

Qualifications: Must have at least two (2) years long term care experience in a nursing position, activities, or position that exemplifies consistent resident communication, on the job training will be provided.

Education and / or Experiences: Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent
