Hospitality Health ER is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Crosby, TX

Job Description4 Aces Towing & Recovery has an immediate need for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will serve as the right-hand for the owner. The Office Administrator will wear many hats so it is important that they are well organized and can manage their time accordingly.
Position ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the Owner, the responsibilities of the Office Administrator at 4 Aces Towing & Recovery are, but not limited to:
  • Supporting company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff
  • Maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing, and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions
  • Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages etc.)
  • Providing historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of records
  • Assisting in coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Completing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results
  • Keeping management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends
  • Maintaining office staff by working with Human Resources with recruiting needs
  • Partnering with Human Resources to maintain office policies as necessary
  • Achieving financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
  • Supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Tracking purchase orders and invoices
  • Reviewing and comparing contracts in place and future contracts
  • Managing relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Approving payments for accounts payables and account receivables in timely manner
  • Reviewing and reconciling all bank statements
  • Collecting time records from employees and preparing for payroll
Position RequirementsThe competency requirements for the Office Administrator:

  • Flexibility to meet scheduling demands of department.
Education/ExperienceHigh School Graduate/Equivalent preferred
Ability to read, speak and write the English language
Must follow oral and written directions
Two to three years office administration
Proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems
Bilingual is a plus!

Salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
