The Night Auditor position fills an important role by providing guest service and accounting operations for the Front Office Department. As a Hotel 43 Night Auditor you will be tasked with ensuring that the Night Audit shift operates smoothly and effectively to achieve exceptional guest service, system operational excellence, and accurate accounting of the days work.

As the Night Auditor at Hotel 43, you will:

• Ensure that all room charges of the day have been properly posted to the appropriate guest folio or master account, verified and balanced
• Ensure that all charges and adjustments have been posted, verified, and balanced
• Ensure that all system processes have completed and reports have been run with supporting documents attached
• Ensure balances on property management system and credit card system are balanced
• Represent the business with the highest level of integrity and professionalism, a service focused approach and a caring, sincere attitude at all times
• Perform additional duties as the need arises

Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

• Have one or more years of Customer Service
• Be incredibly friendly, customer centric, love to smile and have knowledge of the Boise area.
• Maintain the attention to details and accounting skills and ability to function at a high level during the over- night hours of 11pm to 7am
• Have strong computer skills: knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Opera PMS
• Knowledge of accounting, auditing and front desk procedures
• Ability to work well alone and problem solve independently
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in an English speaking environment
• Project a professional image at all times through appearance, dress, and behavior.
