Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Treatment Technician located in Bellevue, WA. As a Treatment Technician, you will be responsible for providing direct support to clients in our substance use and mental health treatment program. This includes providing daily structure, driving to group activities, documenting client progress, and offering support and guidance during treatment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of substance use and mental health disorders
• Experience working in a treatment program or similar setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide compassionate and non-judgmental support
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Certification or degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work)
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Valid driver license for 4 years
• Clean driving record
