Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our hotel's team.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our hotel and the property. This is a hands-on role that requires experienced skills and the ability to work independently.

~ Day to day repairs of guest room maintenance issues in a timely manner

In addition to:

~ Conducting routine inspections of equipment and systems
~ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
~ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
~ Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks
~ Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
~ Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
~ Proficient in using hand and power tools
~ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
~ Excellent problem-solving skills
~ Strong attention to detail
~ Good communication and customer service skills

Skills:
~ Strong customer service skills to interact with guests
~ Electrical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
~ Ability to maintain and fabricate parts as needed
~ Proficiency in English language (both written and verbal)
