Responsibilities

• Direct and inspire teams across Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, the Spa and IT
• Lead by example
• Align staffing with business forecasts and productivity goals to achieve both financial and guest satisfaction objectives
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations, policies, and room details.
• Ensure world-class service for VIP’s, and group arrivals and proactively manage guest satisfaction
• Monitor financial transactions, budget adherence, and operational efficiency
• Drive innovation and inspire adaptability in a dynamic hospitality environment
• Lead and nurture staff through effective training and career development
• Uphold stringent safety and security standards for staff and guests.
• Address and resolve challenges while maintaining professionalism and empathy
• Collaborate with leadership team in developing service elevation strategies that exceed guest expectation
• Inspire a culture and passion for working hard, having fun, and delivering genuine hospitality

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Rooms Management experience or related disciplines
• Experience in pre-opening/opening a new hotel within the rooms division is highly preferred
• Experience in a comparable AAA Four Diamond/Four Star hotel or higher
• Proven ability to effectively lead, motivate, coach and develop your team
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and hospitality related systems
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Salary range: $110,000 - $130,000/yr. 20% bonus
