As Night Auditor you will be a crucial asset to our charismatic TEAM, creating lasting impressions with your infectious enthusiasm, genuine smile, attentive service, and passion for hospitality.

What you will be doing:

In this role you will audit, balance, post, and report on the front desk, rooms, and all food and beverage outlets’ cash and credit operations and reset all registers to ensure accurate, timely function and optimal operations management.

Requirements to be successful in this role:

• Prior 1-2 years' prior experience in a Hyatt or luxury brand hotel environment is ideal
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field is a plus
• Be a member of our ROCKSTAR night TEAM 10 PM-6 AM shift
• Must be 18 years of age
• Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack).
• Strong communication and listening skills and excellent speaking, reading, and writing ability.
• Fluency in English: additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are highly desired.
• Handle cash, coins, and currency at night
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
