Position:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our boutique resort. The General Manager will be responsible for upholding high standards of hospitality, maximizing revenue, and ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership to all departments, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction.

  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.

  • Maintain high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction through regular inspections and staff training.

  • Foster positive relationships with guests, staff, vendors, and the local community.

  • Oversee sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and occupancy levels.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards.

  • Handle guest complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally, seeking to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in hotel management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial reports and develop strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and inspire confidence at all levels.

  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.

  • Sound decision making skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
