Hotwire Communications is Hiring a Director of Implementation Engineering Near Fort Lauderdale, FL

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement new processes to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Use process mapping tools to document workflows and procedures.
  • Lead and manage process improvement projects from inception to completion.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure process performance and identify trends.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present findings to management.
  • Use data to make informed recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Ensure processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of service delivery.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify process adherence and effectiveness.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for staff on new processes.
  • Provide ongoing support to teams to ensure the successful implementation of process changes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on process-related issues.
  • Scale deployment into production and support ongoing network management in partnership with Operations
  • Driving performance & accountability through People, Process & Technology.
  • Leads the engineering implementation and execution of multiple Product launches.
  • Develops end-state vision, including high-level milestones (Program/Project Scope/Operations Roadmap) with core Product & Business team members, including EPMO and Operational Readiness Project Managers.
  • Conduct formal reviews with the business sponsor at project completion to confirm acceptance and satisfaction.
  • Have accountability for aligning all efforts from the business platforms and functions by means of integration, influence, and buy-in from executives/senior leaders/business functional leaders/external resource leaders.
  • Act as the key liaison with internal stakeholders, external resource groups, Product, Senior Leaders, PMO, and SMEs on initiatives and deliverables.
  • Collaborate and manage relationships with Product business leaders / Senior Executives.
  • Lead the implementation for multiple Engineering transformation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Cross-functional role working on the Engineering Team in close partnership with Product & Operations.
  • Responsible for partnering with the Product Management, PMO, and Operations to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Report and monitor the timeline of all technical deliverables throughout the onboarding stage of a new deployment and apprise teams of Engineering delays or needs for escalation from Engineering.
  • Work closely with the Product, Engineering and Operations teams to ensure that work delivered to the key stakeholders is in line with their expectations and ensure handoff for post-operational support for product launches.
  • Other duties as required or assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 10 years in a technical leadership position within a Video Engineering team, preferably at a service provider Engineering degree in relevant field Must be comfortable with public speaking and presenting to large groups Results-oriented—ability to deliver results and strive to achieve excellence in all tasks and goals consistently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organizational and analytical skills demonstrated skill in requirements gathering, resource organization, and schedule development.
