This is a 40 hour schedule based on the needs of the studio.

About Us: HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio that offers a variety of virtually instructed, infrared sauna workouts designed to torch calories and detoxify the body. We are dedicated to providing an exceptional fitness experience that promotes health, wellness, and community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient studio functioning.
• Meet and exceed personal, and team goals for membership sales, and retail.
• Assist in leading and motivating the team to provide top-notch customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Must LOVE and have knowledge on all SOCIAL MEDIA Platforms to promote HOTWORX Boynton Beach through organic social media, minimum 2 posts per day with you, the team, and members(TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook).
• Assist with responding to inquiries through social media platforms.
• Daily goals for outreach through our Point of Sale lead generation program.
• Assist in overseeing retention strategies, and marketing initiatives.
• Two weekly B2B (Business 2 Business) partnerships off-site.
• Assist in coordination of one monthly on-site pop up with B2B partnerships.
• Weekly inventory.
• Assist team with daily studio maintenance.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for staff and members.
• Address member inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a management role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
• Excellent sales and customer service experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Must LOVE to be on social media to promote our HOTWORX; location, benefits, retail and member testimonials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for fitness and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Business 2 Business partnerships.
• Proficiency in using fitness management software and basic office applications.
