ResponsibilitiesThe job responsibilities of our Vice President / Orchestrator include, but are not limited to:
Leadership
- Process creation and implementation
- Lead weekly L10 meetings and weekly 1:1 meetings with each Leadership Team member
- Problem-solve with the Leadership Team and resolve issues effectively
- Communicates and cascades all key company messages, ensuring understanding by all
- P&L responsibility and revenue growth
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, working directly with and managing the Leadership Team
- Provide support and guidance to the leaders who manage our office and field staff
- Manage client relationships and expectations
- Project management of construction projects
- Hiring and onboarding
- Operations collaboration & improvement
- HR – the “people” component
- Ensures adherence to all health and safety standards
- Conduct annual employee reviews
- Review core processes and procedures in all departments, holding team members accountable to them
- Creates clear expectations and holds the leadership team accountable to agreed-upon commitments
- Ensures Houck quality standards are being maintained on all jobs sites
- Minimum 5 years of VP or similar experience (leading multiple departments)
- Displayed experience contributing to company growth and increasing revenue
- Experience in the high-end services industry
- Displayed job stability
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Experience with HR related responsibilities
- Small business experience
- Experience expanding into various markets
- Construction industry experience, including construction process and management software
- Acquisition experience
- Management Certification
