House of Floors of Sarasota is looking for experienced, qualified, and dedicated flooring professionals who can prep, install, and repair flooring to ensure customer satisfaction for a variety of multi-family properties throughout Southwest Florida.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience with Carpet, Vinyl, Tile, and/or Vinyl plank installation

2. Ability to adhere to daily schedule – Monday through Friday

3. Ensure installation quality and accuracy

4. Provide accurate and timely information

5. Adhere to property safety standards

6. Provide reliable transportation

Documentation Required:

1. Valid Florida Company (status must be active)

2. Valid General Liability Insurance with Limits Exceeding $500,000/$1,000,000

3. Valid Occupational License

4. Valid Workman’s Comp (or applicable exemptions)

5. Valid Florida Driver’s license
