We have developed a platform that allows verified employees to voice diverse opinions, surface important issues and ideas, and provide feedback and ratings on their employers. Unlike other platforms, in-House prioritizes privacy and does not collect personal metadata, eliminating the need for sign-ups or logins. We believe in fostering an environment where employees can openly rate and discuss company matters and drive meaningful change within their organizations.

COMPENSATION

100% early stock options. We are a pre-money start-up with ~20 mostly part-time, internationally remote, passionate members contributing sweat equity for early stock option. The salary shared is the 'fair market salary basis' for startups for the role's equity value and potential future salary post funding.

THE ROLE

The Head of Technology & Architecture role is hoped to develop into a hands-on CTO role given the appropriate skillsets and experienced contributions after time.

WE'RE SEEKING someone who:

* has deep backend, database, architecture, and team development experience;

* will be the most trusted 'voice in the zoom';

* has hands-on bootstrap / startup early product and team development experience;

* has built fully-responsive, highly-stable PWA, native app, and SaaS products before;

* has fluency in Microsoft / .NETcore / Azure eco-system AND React / Next.js / Redux frameworks;

* can both lead and put hands on product to show what we're about when needed;

* can identify and develop great leaders;

* has comprehensive web3, AI/ML, and open source knowledge;

* wants to take full ownership of the engineering team's culture & deliverables;

• is available at least 15 hrs per week consistently;
