Friendly family living in Haverford, Pennsylvania looking to hire a Professional Full Time Housekeeper.
The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative and prioritizes their workload accordingly. You can expect your day to involve light tidying in the kitchen, den and family room daily. The bed linens will need to be changed once or twice a week, change out towels, deep clean bathrooms and kitchen, vacuum, do all the laundry etc. This person needs to be proactive in identifying other tasks and feel comfortable bringing them to the principles attention. For example, noticing candlesticks or picture frames need polishing or noticing mold growing in the bathroom. 
Their house has been well kept and is very organized. Mom has been praised by previous housekeepers for how clean her home is. It is important that this person likes dogs since they have a loving golden retriever. Knowledge of how to do laundry properly is also important (separate colors, which items get hung, iron sheets, etc) Mom needs a partner to help her manage the home. 
Would love for this individual to make dinners 1-2 times a week. Simple dinners, no gourmet cooking needed.

Position Compensation

• Salary: $35-$40 per hour DOE
• Living Accommodations: Live Out
• Vacation: 2 weeks
