Household Personnel Information:
- Number of Persons in Household: 6
- Number of Children & Ages: 4 children: (2) 5-year-olds, (1) 7-year-old, (1) 9-year-old
- Any Pets: None
- Size of Home: Approximately 5,500 sq. feet
- Staff in Home: Looking to have (2) housekeepers (1) houseman
- Days and Hours Needed: Monday through Friday, 8AM to 1PM
- Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
Primary Responsibilities:
- General cleaning of the home, including dusting and cleaning refrigerator and counter surfaces.
- Cleaning living areas, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Cleaning bathrooms, including mirrors, toilets, showers, and baths.
- Washing, drying, and putting away dishes.
- Changing bed linens and making beds.
- Washing, folding, and ironing clothes.
- Cleaning interior windows.
- Removing garbage and recycling.
- Restocking personal items such as toilet paper and tissues.
- General tidying of rooms, including putting away toys, decluttering, and light organizing.
- Running errands for the family, as needed.
- Keeping track of cleaning supplies and notifying the family when they need to be replenished.
- Answering the door for incoming guests.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Salary Range: $35-$40/hour
