Private family in Manhattan is looking hire a Nanny / Household Manager

Job Responsibilities:
• Managing the children’s schedules and itineraries in Google calendar, and coordinating with other child care providers for drop off and pick up.
• Coordinating logistics for each child’s activities and appointments
• Providing high quality childcare, including homework help, encouragement of responsible behavior, and implementation of behavior plan
• Managing household and children’s items, tracking and ordering new supplies as needed (e.g. sports equipment, clothing, household essentials)
• Managing school notices and requirements and liaising with various tutors or coaches via a family email address.
• Prepare and pack lunches daily
• Children’s laundry
• Keeping children’s and common areas tidy

What Works Best for Family: Seeking individual with high executive functioning skills and professionalism with commitment to ensuring the smooth running of the family household. Helpful if the person has some experience with special needs as middle child has recently been diagnosed with Autism Level One and ADHD.
