The purpose of this job is to determine the eligibility of prospective applicants in Public Housing. Responsibilities include assisting tenants with public housing occupancy approval by scheduling appointments and assuring proper paperwork is signed and all pertinent information is received from the prospective tenant, approves and denies housing applications, prepares and types via computer application paperwork as received from prospective tenants, etc. Job Description is available for full list of responsibilities.

High school diploma (or GED) required, one to two years computer experience, strong organizational skills, accurate typing, ability to work well with and understand the problems of residents or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position.
