Compensation Range: $65,000 - $70,000 /yr commensurate with experience.
Overview:
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for all clinical aspects of the Women's Transitional Housing Program (WTHP). This encompasses care coordination for our residents, performing quality assurance tasks through record checks and data reports, providing direct services, taking the lead with resolving crisis situations, and conducting individual psychosocial, assessment/reassessments, and service plans for the twenty active residents.
Responsibilities:
Primary:

• Oversee and ensure all clinical goals of the Women's Transitional Housing Program are achieved.

Secondary:

• Provide documented supervision and guidance to Housing Case Manager.

Other functions required with this position include:

• Ensuring that the WTH is contractually compliant and adheres to HRA requirements.
• Represent the program during inter-disciplinary meetings, treatment planning meetings, and special events.
• Ensuring referrals are eligible for the program.
• Complete initial resident intakes.
• Complete quarterly assessments, reassessments, and individualized service plans.
• Ensure that each resident has a current psychosocial assessment.
• Monitor residents' viral suppression rates and assist with making appropriate health referrals, as needed.
• Assist the program, using motivational interview techniques, with improving health outcomes for all 20 residents.
• Take the lead with assisting residents successfully transition into permanent, stable housing.
• Ensures that each resident has a current 2010e housing assessment.
• Submit internal activity forms for new client admissions, changes in income, and discharges.
• Take the lead with de-escalation and crisis situations which may arise on-site.
• Participate in the recruitment of qualified staff, including interviewing, and making recommendations for hire. Monitoring and assisting with the new-hire orientation processes to ensure consistency in training among all clinical providers.
• Enforcing the Residential Code of Conduct and/or House Rules.
• Enthusiastically participating in advocacy and direct actions to end the twin crises of homelessness and HIV/AIDS.

Minimum Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field required with a valid professional license, LMSW preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience working within case management services.

Qualifications:

• Experience with and proven commitment to working with low-income and marginalized communities, and individuals with multiple chronic medical and/or behavioral health conditions.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime and offer flexibility regarding scheduling work time.
• Understanding of Harm Reduction Techniques, including Motivational Interviewing.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• The Clinical Supervisor position requires the staff to be present in the program office a minimum of 80% of the time.
