EDUCATION
High school or GED required.
ExperienceOne (1) year experience in customer service in a library preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Experience Using People Soft Skill Preferred.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to organize information
Ability to work independently
Computer Skills RequiredAbility to interact professionally with faculty and students
