We are seeking an experienced and skilled carpenter to join our team, specializing in high-end residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building exceptional homes, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results. This candidate will be willing to learn from one of our highly skilled craftsmen to grow into a project manager role.
Responsibilities:
- Create high end custom work for clients while managing to stay on a timeline for the job
- Taking precise measurements, and cutting lumber to those specifications
- Framing, Installing Cabinetry, Shelves, Fixtures, Windows etc.
- Working with Drywall and Insulation
- Collaborating with the team and other construction professionals on tasks, budget and creating solutions where necessary
- Calculating the amount of materials needed
- Reading and understanding blueprints from various architects and designers
-Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure precise execution of design plans
-Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite, adhering to safety protocols
-Willingness to learn new skills and help out when needed
