Position Overview: The Field Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of field technicians engaged in various cleaning and maintenance activities, including carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and construction cleaning. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient execution of projects, maintaining high-quality standards, and meeting client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Schedule and assign tasks to technicians, ensuring optimal use of resources.
Project Coordination: Coordinate and prioritize cleaning and maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain high-quality standards for all cleaning and maintenance services.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality expectations.
Resource Management: Manage equipment and supplies inventory, ensuring the team has the necessary tools and materials.
Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Safety and Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Ensure all technicians are properly trained on safety procedures.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and other relevant data.
Generate reports for management to track key performance indicators.
Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the cleaning or maintenance industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning and maintenance processes, equipment, and materials.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.
