Job description
Front desk receptionist position responsible for phones, scheduling using an online scheduling system, interacting with customers, clients, agents/staff and outside professionals. Computer skills are required to train on necessary programs. Typing skills necessary for various correspondence. Outgoing personality a plus for engaging with the office members and consumers. Candidate should be a self-starter who can work independently to complete various tasks in a timely manner.
