Beck & Masten Buick GMC South is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. We are looking for a qualified PART TIME RECEPTIONIST to join our team. This is a part-time position offering a 30hrs a work week.

Responsibilities

* Answer all incoming calls according to company policy and proper telephone etiquette.

* Direct telephone call to the appropriate parties as necessary.

* Additional administrative responsibilities.

* Operate an internet based phone system.

* Handle multiple lines.

Qualifications

* Good communication skills both verbal and written.

* Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus!

* Must be able to work evenings.

* Superior customer service skills.

* Professional appearance and work ethic.

* All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, MVR, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment*
