Howmet Aerospace is Hiring a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager Near Torrance, CA
- Supports the Segment financial forecast and annual business plan preparation and development process utilizing Hyperion.
- Manage the monthly (and ad hoc) reporting of consolidated results including year-over-year and sequential bridges and fixed/ variables analyses etc.
- Analyzes financial data, identify and report progress toward plan commitments, financial performance achievements and trends, and identify opportunities to influence financial performance.
- Develops and maintain standard financial reporting.
- Collaborates with Sales, Product Management, and Operations to optimize key profitability drivers.
- Performs special projects or other duties as assigned or requested.
- A college degree is required with an emphasis on business administration or finance.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in finance including consolidation experience.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Analytically oriented and able to effectively problem solve independently.
- Proven discipline of reporting timeliness and accuracy.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in Hyperion.
- Experience with Oracle and/ or QAD ERP.
