- $19.24 with an additional $1.00/hr shift differential for both 2nd / 3rd shift
Essential Duties:
- Follows all safety procedures
- Operates one or more pieces of equipment in a safe and efficient manner to produce quality products while keeping a quick pace
- Performs compliance checks and completes paperwork, documentation, and reports
- Visually inspects wheels for defects or malformations
- Ensures the quality of the parts that he/she produces - including the inspection of all dimensional requirements according to the control plan and overall appearance of the parts
- Completes required paperwork
- Participates in TPM activities
- Ensures that 5S requirements are met
- Assists in problem solving of identified problems in the department
- Training will be provided to the selected candidate! Entry level candidates encouraged to apply!

- High School Diploma, GED, or 2 years of work experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience using a smart phone or computer to enter data
- Manufacturing experience
- Lifting: Medium - Lift on an occasional basis a maximum of 40 pounds with frequent or constant lifting of 25 pounds
- Standing: Constantly (greater than 80% of workday)
- Walking: Constantly (greater than 80% of workday)
- Bending and Twisting: Constantly (greater than 80% of workday)
- Temperature Extremes (percent of time working in non-climate controlled, production environment): Constantly (greater than 80% of workday)
- Noise (percent of time working in noisy, production environment): Constantly (greater than 80% of workday)
