  • Meet or Exceed sales targets through effective communication and product knowledge. Collections :
  • Contact customers with past due accounts in a respectful and professional manner.
  • Implement strategic collections approaches to recover outstanding balances while preserving positive customer relationships.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and work collaboratively with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions. Customer Service / Sales :
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues related to orders, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
  • Sell already made finished goods to reduce DOH.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts. Documentation :
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and collection activities.
  • Update customer accounts with relevant information, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Communication :
