Hoxton Circle is seeking a cost accounting manager on a direct hire basis for a national consumer products manufacturing company. This position works directly in the corporate accounting and finance department under the controller level and will handle the full corporate costing and ERP reporting. In addition to managing the financials, this role will also indirectly supervise and review the work of cost accountants across multiple U.S. manufacturing locations.

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Remotely supervise cost accounting staff at up to three manufacturing locations
• Oversee the standard vs actual rollup reporting
• Review entries within the ERP system, including BOM's
• Oversee audits and inventory reporting
• Perform variance analysis and reconciliations
• Assist the controller level with various ad hoc cost related projects

EXPERIENCE

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred but work equivalency will suffice
• Must have at least one year of experience at the cost accounting manager level
• Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory
• Strong Excel and ERP system skills
