Job Title: Senior Vice President (SVP) Finance

The Pitch:

We’re looking for am up and comer VP/SVP finance leader to steer our financial and accounting department. If you're a finance expert with the strategic mind of a CFO, ready to manage everything from daily financial operations to high-level strategy, and M&A we want to talk.

Your Role:

Financial Powerhouse as our Senior Vice President (SVP) of Finance, you'll be the backbone of our financial health. From financial reporting to budgeting, and from internal controls to strategic financial planning, you'll ensure the finances are rock solid and support in pre and post M&A and integrations.

What You’ll Do:

• Strategic Visionary: Drive our financial strategy, shaping long-term goals.
• Accounting Expert: Oversee accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulations.
• Financial Steward: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to hit our targets.
• Internal Controls Guru: Develop robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy.
• CFO Duties: Partner with the executive team to guide overall financial direction and business planning.
• Team Leader: Mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and the board.
• Operational Efficiency Expert: Drive business performance and efficiency across departments.
• Regulatory Watchdog: Stay ahead of industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Finance Leader: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Experienced Professional: 15 years in finance, with at least 10 in a senior leadership role..
• Analytical Thinker: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective Communicator: Can influence and collaborate at the executive level.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis tools.
• Ethical Leader: Integrity and ethics are paramount.
