I'm partnering with one of my most impressive clients, a portfolio company of a Private Equity firm, to find them a growth oriented Strategic Finance Manager. This is a high growth platform, and they need an entrepreneurial leader to drive their strategy forward.

For the first few years, their growth was very M&A centric and now they've pivoted to organic growth, which is where this role comes in:

• You'd focus on driving value creation, getting the business to run most efficiently, and developing best finance practices
• You’d be the brains behind getting the most of out their data to move the business forward and towards an exit in ~24 months
• Interact with the PE owners very consistently and learn from them

Who you are:

• 2 - 5 years of experience in management consulting advisory or in-house strategic finance/FP&A
• Needs top financial modeling experience

The compensation is competitive, with base cash bonus profit interest from the sale.

This is a perfect pre-MBA role, or for anyone who wants to stay or get in-house at a PE firm with multiple flagship funds and continual growth in AUM and footprint.
