The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for customers and responsible for resolving issues and requests reported in a timely and professional manner.
Job Description
- Assist with customer inquiries via phone, fax, or email
- Greet customers for will call/pick up
- Enter/create new sales orders from customer purchase orders via phone, fax, or email
- Establish a quality working relationship with a variety of customers
- Follow up with customer inquiries
- Data Entry
- All other duties as assigned
- 1 year experience in customer support role
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Good problem-solving skills and proactive in finding solutions
- Strong and professional communications skills – verbal and written
- Ability to handle stressful situations (i.e. customer complaints, lots of paperwork, etc.)
- Strong customer service skills via phone (active listening, tone of voice, word choice)
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations and characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Good with numbers and data entry
- Detail Oriented
- Bilingual - Spanish and English speaking or Chinese and English speaking
Job Type: Full Time or Part Time
Pay: $14.50 ~ 25.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
