Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to become a part of our organization!
The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for customers and responsible for resolving issues and requests reported in a timely and professional manner.
Job Description
  • Assist with customer inquiries via phone, fax, or email
  • Greet customers for will call/pick up
  • Enter/create new sales orders from customer purchase orders via phone, fax, or email
  • Establish a quality working relationship with a variety of customers
  • Follow up with customer inquiries
  • Data Entry
  • All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • 1 year experience in customer support role
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Applications
  • Good problem-solving skills and proactive in finding solutions
  • Strong and professional communications skills – verbal and written
  • Ability to handle stressful situations (i.e. customer complaints, lots of paperwork, etc.)
  • Strong customer service skills via phone (active listening, tone of voice, word choice)
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations and characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Good with numbers and data entry
  • Detail Oriented
  • Bilingual - Spanish and English speaking or Chinese and English speaking
The job is representative of the duties and responsibilities of the position but may not be inclusive of every aspect of the position.
Job Type: Full Time or Part Time
Pay: $14.50 ~ 25.00 per hour
