What We’re Looking For
As a B2B Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with assigned clients. You’ll need to develop and deeply understand their business needs, challenges, goals, and objectives, and work with them to develop customized solutions that drive adoption and performance results.
You’ll also need to be a skilled communicator (both written and verbal), adept at building rapport and trust with key decision-makers, as well as have a tech-savvy approach and knowledge to enhance client partnerships.
Success in this role requires strong strategic and analytic thinking, creativity, and a positive approach while maintaining the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams. Great planning and great execution, with unwavering focus and persistence in achieving agreed-upon results, must be a key part of your personality.
