Roberts Beauty - Sales Project Coordination Intern
Location: Chatsworth, CA, 100% in-office
Hours/Schedule: Part-Time, flexible on hours and days. Prefer Monday, Tuesday and Thursday schedule. Up to 24-30 hours per week. Temporary with potential to convert to permanent.
Pay: $18-20/hour
Summary:
The Sales Project Coordination Intern is a key support role within the Sales team, assisting with the coordination of projects and providing minimal administrative tasks. This role is designed to help maintain and enhance customer relationships by supporting the Account Managers. Project Managers and contributing to the successful execution of sales projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist with the organization and coordination of sales projects from inception to completion.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of projects and tasks.
• Interface regularly with internal departments and subject matter experts to facilitate project progress.
• Support sales activities by preparing quotes, sourcing samples, and conducting follow-ups.
• Maintain project documentation in company's project management systems.
• Act as a point of contact for urgent communications when Account Managers are unavailable.
• Assist in the preparation of customer meetings and presentations.
• Perform additional tasks as requested to support the Sales organization.
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's program related to business, marketing, or a related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated interest in sales, customer relations, and business development
